DESCRIPTION:\n\nEvery first Sunday of the month of August for more than seventy years, Moganeros and Moganeras have commemorated San Antonio El Grande.\n\nThe origin of this festivity goes back to a promise made by all the Mogan people to their Patron Saint, after a plague of locusts devastated their fields, the inhabitants promised from that day on to embellish San Antonio and to buy a new processional throne to free them from the curse.
