DESCRIPTION:\nMaspalomas Tourifest to celebrate World Tourism Day (celebrated on 27 September) between 29-30 September 2023 at Anexo II in Playa del Inglés.\nThe area surrounding the Anexo II Shopping Centre in Playa del Inglés will host the celebration of the Maspalomas TouriFest, an event that pays tribute to the tourists who have chosen Maspalomas Costa Canaria to enjoy their holidays; and that will serve to promote coexistence between visitors and residents. The Tourism Department of the town hall of San Bartolomé de Tirajana has prepared a two-day festival, on September 29 and 30, where music, market area, and gastronomy will merge.\nThe events will begin on World Tourism Day, Wednesday, September 27, with an announcing parade through the main avenues of the tourist area and the music of Batucada, where the extras will carry the flags of the different nationalities living in the municipality.\nThe area surrounding the Anexo II Shopping Centre will be transformed into Chill Out areas with tables, where you can enjoy the drinks that will be offered at the authorized beach bars, a market area with various current brands on offer, and an area with ‘Gastronomy of the world’ where you can enjoy the flavours of the Canary Islands, Uruguay, Venezuela, Germany, Mexico, and America. The highlight will be the more than 15 hours of live music that will be offered with current groups and soloists such as Tutto Durán, Última Llave, Aseres, the local group Bamboleo and the international touch with the Tribute to Queen and Kenneth, among others; all accompanied by various resident DJs of the municipality such as Kike Sundance, Julián, Supersonikka, Tony Bob and Ardy.\nOn Friday from 16:00-00:30 and on Saturday from 12:00-00:30.\n \n
