Traditionally, the first one is celebrated in the town on the last Sunday of April and the second takes place in the district of Montaña Alta every first Sunday of May.\n\n \nSaturday, April 27: Mercado de Guía\ntwo children’s workshops, the first of them ‘Creating with wool’ by the artisan Fabiola Santana and the second Official Cheese Taster, led by the master cheesemaker Isidoro Jiménez, starting at 10:00, at the Mercado de Guía Market. Also on this day, in the Market, from 10:00 to 13:00, various cheese and food pairings of quality agri-food products are held.
