DESCRIPTION:\nThe Festivities of the Virgen del Socorro, Fiestas en Honor a Nuestra Señora del Socorro, the patron of Tejeda is held in September.  Her image is venerated in the church, which has been named after Her. This is a gorgeous time to visit, what is officially designated, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
