DESCRIPTION:\nThe North Gran Canaria begins preparations for the 2025 edition of the European Cheese Fair, organised by the Mancomunidad, which is scheduled to be held in the town of Firgas on the first weekend of March. This Fair is part of the actions of the European Cheese Route Association, of which the Mancomunidad has been a member since 2017, to strengthen the relationship between the agri-food and tourism sectors.\nThe organisers are aiming to break the record of the last edition, held in Santa María de Guía, with 30,000 people attending the Guía Market to buy more than 4,000 kilos of cheese.
