DESCRIPTION:\nLa Aldea de San Nicolás is celebrating their Patron Saint festivities in honour of San Nicolás de Tolentino between 30 August- 9 October 2025. There are also pre-events taking place in August, before the Pregón on 30 August.\nThe packed program will run until October 9th. Among the most anticipated events this year are the Palmeras 2025 Festival on August 16th; the opening speech by Carmen Delia Cardona Armas and a performance by Gerson Galván on August 30th; the Ringing of the Bell on September 1st, symbolizing the nostalgia of those who are away and the feelings of the entire town; the Day of the Elderly on September 8th; the Descent of the Rama on September 9th; the Diana and the Pilgrimage on September 10th; and the most anticipated day of the year, the Día del Charco on September 11th.
