DESCRIPTION:\nThe Festivities of the Virgen del Socorro, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Fiestas en Honor a Nuestra Señora del Socorro, the patron of Tejeda, are held in September.  Her image is venerated in the church, which has been named after her. This is also a gorgeous time to visit, which is officially designated, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain.
