DESCRIPTION:\nValsequillo de Gran Canaria is celebrating their Patron Saint ‘Festivities and Fair of San Miguel Arcángel between 12 September – 11 October 2025.\nSome of the main events of the festivities are the Noche del Pureta, Pub Miguelito, the Suelta del Perro Maldito, the livestock fair, and the Romería, a pilgrimage offering. As was the case last year, the Plaza de Tifariti and the Plaza de San Miguel will host most of the concerts and events of the festivities.\nMonday 29 September is a local bank holiday in the municipality – Festividad de San Miguel  \n \nHighlights:\nFriday 12 September:\nat 21:00 Pregón, proclamation at Plaza de San Miguel\nat 22:00 Raffle for the order of the carts in the Romería and a concert by Los Gofiones\nSaturday 13 September:\n18:00 Activities for the kids at Plaza Tifariti\n22:30 Concert by Reina de Sal at Plaza Tifariti\n00:30 Verbena, a lively street party with Qué Chimba\nSunday 14 September:\nat 09:00 the IV Memorial Salvador Hernández Rodríguez, a Canarian dog breed, Presa Canario competition in the municipal sports field\n11:00 Activities for the kids in the pedestrian area\n19:00 ValsDance’25 at Plaza Tifariti. Musical show with the most famous songs and rhythms at the moment for kids and young people.\nThursday 18 September :\n19:30 Pub Miguelín for 12-17-year-olds in the municipal market\n22:00 Pub Miguelito (adults) at Plaza de San Miguel.
