This unique event brings together local residents, neighbourhood associations, and visitors to celebrate and promote “kilometre zero” produce — fostering identity, sustainable development, and connections between the beautiful villages of the region.\nOver three distinctive afternoons, participants will enjoy technical tastings, harmonious flavour pairings, and the discovery of artisanal products from across the Canary Islands. These sessions are built around learning, sharing, and building bonds that preserve and promote the region’s culinary and cultural heritage.\nThis project is part of the “Proyectos para el desarrollo sostenible de los municipios de menos de 10.000 habitantes de Canarias,” supported by the Gobierno de Canarias and the 2025 Dinamiza Rural Plan.
