The afternoon begins with a concert by the CEIP Sataute Children’s Choir. This will be followed by the official switching on of the Christmas lights.\nThe Nativity scene, entitled “The Magic of Bethlehem,” also opens under the Town Hall’s portico. It will be open to the public until January 7th, from 10:00 to 20:00.\nFriday, December 5th:\n09:30 – Calle Tenderete Don’t miss the charming and traditional Christmas Market at the Santa Brígida Occupational Centre.\n20:00 – Cultural Centre\nGospel Concert, with Rubee Rose & Let’s Sing Gospel Choir, is a show that blends the emotional and spiritual spirit of traditional gospel with modern arrangements.\nRubee Rose, a singer with extensive international experience who has worked with artists such as Mariah Carey and Sam Smith, and recorded with Madonna and Tom Jones, will be accompanied by the Let’s Sing Gospel Choir. This choir is comprised of singers with powerful voices from some of the UK’s most prestigious choirs, lending their concerts exceptional emotional intensity. The free event is part of the Gospel Canarias Fest 2025 program.\nWednesday, December 17th:\n20:00 – Night Procession by Candlelight .\nBy the light of candles, a night procession will wind through the streets of Santa Brígida’s historic centre, led by the Satautey Folk Group. The procession, which will begin on Calle Castelar, will pay homage to the changing of the seasons that herald the arrival of Christmas, evoking a tradition that stretches back to ancient times. The group will carry candles, which, accompanied by Christmas carols, will illuminate their route and fill the air with the spirit of Christmas.\n19-23 December: Santa’s Little House\nSanta Claus will open the doors of his charming Christmas House (on Calle Nueva) to welcome all children. Good old Santa will be ready to listen attentively to the dreams and wishes of his little visitors.
