La Atalaya in the municipality of Santa Brígida celebrates the festivities of the Holy Miraculous Christ, Santo Cristo Migagoro between 12-14 September 2025.
Friday 12 September:
At 20:00 Mass will be held for all the deceased in the neighbourhood. Afterward, the nightly Torchlight Procession will follow the usual route, visiting the altars, a living symbol of the neighbourhood’s ancestral faith in its Holy Miraculous Christ.
The encounter of the Miraculous Christ with the Virgin of Sorrows at night will mark the culminating moment of this procession filled with beauty and spirituality.
Saturday 13 September:
at 12:00 Ringing of the Holy Christ bells.
at 19:00 Romería, the pilgrimage offering from the Neighbourhood Association. Participants are encouraged to dress in traditional Canarian attire. The offerings will go to the Parish Caritas and Social Services of the Santa Brígida Town Hall.
Sunday 14 September:
12:00 Religious Service. Following this, the procession of the Miraculous Holy Christ will take place along the usual route.
