Gáldar Carnival 2026
Gáldar is celebrating their 2026 Carnival festivities from 6-22 February. The parade will be on 14 February.
The allegory for the festivities is ‘Pirates in Search of Lost Treasure.

Saturday 14 February:
at 17:00 The Grand Carnival Parade will set sail to travel through the streets, starting from the Paseo de Los Guanartemes. Pure celebration, joy, and colour will fill the historic centre of Gáldar with music and a lively atmosphere.
Next, the main parade party, Gran Mogollón, will take place at the La Quinta Cultural Centre. Starting at 21:00, the stage will host Blin Blin, the DJ duo formed by Andrea Rueda and Carmen de la Fuente, who are enjoying great success throughout Spain with a stage presence that is sure to captivate everyone. At 22:00, it will be the turn of Tonny Tun Tun, the Puerto Rican artist and a leading figure in the world of merengue, reggaeton, and Latin pop.
Edwin Rivera will take the stage at midnight. The King of Salsa, one of the most charismatic Latin artists internationally, will raise the temperature of the pirate carnival with his rhythms. The party ends at 02:00 with Fuego, the composer who has captivated audiences worldwide with his fusion of reggaeton, trap, and Caribbean rhythms.
