The traditional cycling event, part of the prestigious TotalEnergies Challenge and the first stage of Gran Canaria Bike Week, returns in 2025 with a revamped route and two different categories. Accredited with the UCI seal of approval, the cyclists will face the challenge of conquering one of the toughest mountain passes in Europe: a true test of endurance.
The 2025 edition on Sunday, 30 November, features a challenging route and two options:
· Gran Fondo Pico de las Nieves – Total Distance: 125 km – Start in Arucas, finish in Pico de las nieves
· Artenara modality: Total Distance: 59 km – start in Arucas, finish in Artenara
All categories depart at 09:00 from Plaza de la Constitución in Arucas.
