Lazos de Sabores entre Pueblos Bonitos — Tejeda, Octubre 2025
Tejeda is hosting “Lazos de Sabores entre Pueblos Bonitos,” a special initiative aimed at strengthening the social fabric and highlighting local gastronomic identity. This unique event brings together local residents, neighbourhood associations, and visitors to celebrate and promote “kilometre zero” produce — fostering identity, sustainable development, and connections between the beautiful villages of the region.
Over three distinctive afternoons, participants will enjoy technical tastings, harmonious flavour pairings, and the discovery of artisanal products from across the Canary Islands. These sessions are built around learning, sharing, and building bonds that preserve and promote the region’s culinary and cultural heritage.
This project is part of the “Proyectos para el desarrollo sostenible de los municipios de menos de 10.000 habitantes de Canarias,” supported by the Gobierno de Canarias and the 2025 Dinamiza Rural Plan. Its mission is to support rural economies, expand knowledge of local agriculture and crafts, and energise the region by celebrating its most authentic assets — the people, their flavours, and traditional know-how.
