‘Punto Fest’ Youth Festival in Vecindario

The Vecindario Fairgrounds will host the third edition of Punto Fest on Saturday, 15 November 2025, featuring games, workshops, urban dance, and rap.

Third edition of ‘Punto Fest, te falta kalla’ (Punto Fest, you need more space) will take place on Saturday evening, organised by Punto J of the Santa Lucía de Tirajana City Council. From 17:00 to 23:30, there will be numerous free activities, including foosball, cards, billiards, ping-pong, a picnic, youth workshops, sports tournaments, and a young talent competition.

Throughout the fairgrounds, various activities will take place. The Games Area will feature billiards, ping-pong, foosball, cards, Magic Commander, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Lorcana. The Food Area will have a picnic zone where visitors can purchase bubble tea, poke bowls, and pastries. A Gaming Area will also be available, offering video games and virtual reality experiences.

The Sports Hub will host the 3×3 Basketball and Street Football championships, for both women and men, with prizes ranging from €120 to €250. There will also be a K-Pop Hub with genre-related activities such as random play and games, and a Creative Hub, an area set up for youth workshops.

Starting at 17:30 on the main stage, the ‘Gift of Movement’ urban dance competition, a 1-on-1 event, will take place. Registration is still open until capacity is reached. Also on the main stage, starting at 19:30, the ‘Gift of Words’ rap improvisation competition will be held, which is also at capacity. Prizes will be awarded in both competitions.

Young Talent at Tu-Night

At 22:00, the ‘Tu-Night’ young talent competition will take place, a showcase for youth art, now in its ninth edition. This year’s event will be hosted by Mediaset presenter and reporter Baby Solano. Around 22 acts have been registered, from which a selection will be made for the final on Saturday, the 15th.

New this year is the Skate Point, a free area for practicing and learning to skate. There’s also the Adventure Point, with attractions for young people such as pedal karts, archery, and an inflatable play area. The Department of Education and Youth of the Gran Canaria Island Council is providing financial support for Punto Fest through grants from the council’s youth programs.
