A parade from Doctoral to the Pedestrian Zone of Avenida de Canarias in Vecindario starting at 17:00 on Friday 29th November opens the Christmas activities program prepared by the Santa LucĂa de Tirajana Town Hall in collaboration with Ascoive (Vecindario Association of Shopkeepers and Professionals). The same Friday, at 18.30 the official Christmas lighting will take place in the Open Commercial Zone of Avenida de Canarias.

On Saturday 30th November from 19:00 there will be a performance and the Christmas lighting will take place in Santa LucĂa town centre.
On Sunday 1st January in the morning in the Plaza de Los Algodoneros there will be a childrenâs show with the clowns Feder and Leandro. On Monday 2nd and Tuesday 3rd there will be Christmas workshops at the Sardina Cultural Agency. On Tuesday 3rd there will be childrenâs workshops on Avenida de Canarias, in Doctoral and Los Llanos. On Wednesday there will be Christmas workshops and balloon fun on Avenida de Canarias. On Thursday afternoon there is a parade on Avenida de Canarias. In the Open Shopping Area the events will continue over the weekend with a childrenâs party on Saturday afternoon.
Market in Sardina del Sur
During the following week there will be childrenâs workshops on Avenida de Canarias on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th December. On Thursday 12th another Christmas parade on Avenida de Canarias. On Friday 13th December the Christmas Market opens in Sardina del Sur, where on Saturday 14th there will be a magic show in the morning and childrenâs workshops in the afternoon. Also in Sardina on Sunday 15th there will be childrenâs workshops in the afternoon. The rest of the month of December there will be childrenâs workshops, Christmas workshops, concerts and childrenâs shows on Avenida de Canarias, Doctoral, VĂctor Jara theatre and Los Algodoneros.
On Saturday, December 28, Bejeque will present his musical show dedicated to Mexico at the VĂctor Jara Theatre. On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, December 30, there will be childrenâs shows on Avenida de Canarias. On Tuesday, December 31, in the morning, there will be a farewell to the year with the pre-grapes in the Plaza de los Algodoneros.
At the same press conference, the Councillor for Celebrations announced that there will be a New Yearâs Eve party at Karpa on the night of 31 January. The Councillor for Celebrations, Arminda Santana, announced that âthis year marks the 20th anniversary of the celebration, the price of 5 euros per ticket remains and the sale of tickets will be announced shortlyâ. The Councillor for Public Services, JosĂŠ Miguel Perera, also spoke, thanking âthe important work that the staff of Public Services and other municipal areas will carry out, so that the citizens can enjoy this program of activities.
During the first week of 2025 there will also be the Three Kingsâ Fair (from January 2 to 5) on Avenida de Canarias, parades, and shows. On Friday, January 3, the VĂctor Jara theater will host the first show of the year with âDuendes, el misterio de los sueĂąos perdidosâ, a show by Camino Viejo Producciones. On Saturday, January 4, the Three Wise Men will visit the neighborhoods and towns of the municipality, collecting letters in the Plaza de los Algodoneros.
On Monday, January 5th, there will be the Three Kings Parade from Cruce de Sardina to the VĂctor Jara Theatre. On Saturday, January 11th, there will be the end of the Christmas festivities in the Plaza de Los Algodoneros with musical performances and a car raffle.
