Vega de San Mateo celebrate their patronal festivities between 31/8 to 27/9 , in honour of the Apostol. The main weekend with the main celebrations 20-22 September, with romeria, cattle fair and religious procession and Drag Queen Gala.

On Friday eucharist at 19:00 at the church and is followed by traditional romería, a pilgrimage offering at Plaza del Pino at 20:00. The evening continues with a big party until 03:30 at Plaza del Mercado.
On Saturday, the cattle fair at 08:00 at the parking lot of the sport center. At 09:00 Mass of the romeros and is followed by a religious procession at 12:00.
There is a Cattle parade at Plaza del Pino at 13:30 going front of the image of the saint.

At 22:30 a fiesta of Three Decades will feature the performances from popular music groups “Los 600”, “Ni un Pelo de Tonto” and “Los “Salvapantallas” in addition to the later music selections of DJ Promaster and Ballet Sensación. The party is set to last until 4:30 am. ( entry : 1kg of non perishable item ).

The 2st International Solidarity Festival on Gran Canaria in Las Palmas and Las Canteras area, celebrating World Day for Peace and Non-Violence declared by the UN, where non-profit associations will participate, institutions and personalities from the cultural, political, religious, educational, artistic, social and health sectors with the presence of Ricard Rotllan, one of the disciples of His Holiness Dalai Lama. With various activities such as parades, workshops, concerts, talks, solidarity march, release of turtles etc.

DÍA MUNDIAL DEL TURISMO EN EL NORTE DE GRAN CANARIA
Teror hosts the World Tourism day celebrations for the North of Gran Canaria. Full day of celebrations and activities.
There is a Fair from 10:00-14:00 with stands of Town halls. Institutional act for the day on Calle Real at 12:30 . Traditional games at 11:00 at Plaza Nuestra Señora del Pino. Folk music and dance at 13:00 on Plaza Nuestra Señora del Pino. Tasting of local products at 13:30 on Calle Real.
IV Feria de Mascotas, Parque Sur Maspalomas
The 4rd edition of the much anticipated Maspalomas Pet Fair is happening on Saturday and Sunday 19-20 October in the beautiful surroundings of Parque Sur de Maspalomas. The fair include among other things exhibitions, workshops, competitions, training, gastronomy area, a “Belcando Pool party”, a pool for our 4-legged friends to have a great time and be cool.
The Southeast celebrates its 16th Agriculture, Craft, Livestock and Tourism Fair between 8-10 November 2019, under the auspices of the tri-municipal south-east commonwealth community which brings together producers and crafts people from across Ingenio, Agüimes & Santa Lucia for the largest event of its kind showing off primary sector produce and livestock in a ‘county fair’ style event that emphasises sustainability and renewables, and brings together this innovative alliance of communities in the run up to the peak winter season.
This year the Fair will take place in the municipality of Ingenio and specifically on Calle Carlos V in Carrizal.
Mogán is celebrating its Winter Avocado Fair. This 5rd edition of Avocado fairs is held between 10:00-15:00 at Plaza Perez Galdós in Arguineguin. The Fair will involve local producers who will exhibit and make known not only their avocados, but also other products grown in Mogán, such as mangoes, papayas, guava trees, bananas and of course the oranges.
Handicraft Fair held every year in Parque San Telmo during Christmas time and just before “Reyes de Magos” celebrations.
The fair, 2-5 January 2020, is open every day between 10:00-21:00 and on eve, the 5 Jan until midnight. With around 105 artisans participating and is enlivened by musical performances, this is one to go and experience during the holiday season.
