The hard-to-reach, hidden little enclave of Veneguera is hosting the gathering, “Veneguera Viva” between 10-11 October 2025.
This 34th neighbourhood festival is all about culture, music, and sustainability.

On Friday:

19:00-00:00 The Band Competition will take place in Veneguera Square, where finalists Tierra de Fuegos, Tamar Waters, Eclectone, Etcétera, Martana, Autofilia, and Maldito Ramírez will perform.
00:00-01:30 performance by Javier Cedrés.

• 11:00-20:00 Activities for the whole family.
The Veneguera Cultural Centre will host a large children’s play area with activities specially designed for the little ones: themed face painting with the Canarian allegory, recycling workshops, pencil cases and Canarian geography, games such as balloon chase, a ball pit, inflatables, boti boti balls, themed decorations, as well as a safe space with padded flooring, children’s tables and chairs.

• There will also be a relief drawing workshop on the fauna, flora, and infrastructure of Mogán.

• In parallel, the Veneguera square will host sustainability and tradition workshops: Hama (11:00–19:00), Recycled T-shirts (11:00–19:00), Gofio Kneading (12:30–14:30), Clay Pendants (15:00–17:00), and Canarian Backpack Design (17:30–19:30).

As every year, the Meeting will also feature the Gastronomy and Crafts Fair, which will bring together local producers and artisans.

Camping and Sustainability:
In 2025, the Veneguera soccer field will host a camping area for campers and caravans, which is already fully booked.
The Veneguera Meeting continues to champion sustainability, promoting recycling, responsible consumption, and respect for the natural environment, consolidating its position as a cultural and environmental landmark in Gran Canaria.
